Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at support@packory.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, email support@packory.net with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, washed, or not in original condition cannot be returned.
